An emergency response warning system comprising a safety device implemented into a novel traffic signal device () and roadway/street light () structures. The emergency signal lights, () and () on the traffic signal () and () on the roadway light () will flash pronouncedly when a signal is received from an approaching emergency vehicle. Once the signal is received, all the emergency warning lights began to flash, this will alert drivers to move to the right and stop on roadways, and bring traffic to a stop at the intersection. Both structures are solar power during the day and battery operated a night for the best efficiency possible.
