Aaron J. McDaniel holds a BA in Business Marketing from Ohio University. His lifetime passion and interest in real estate lead him to earn his real estate license during his time spent in Athens. Following graduation Aaron interned at E.J. Schottenstein Real Estate Company where he learned the ropes of commercial real estate marketing and sales. He began his career in debt resolution, earning distinguished management honors during his time there. During this span of four years is where he began to purchase properties and gained extensive experience in analysis, purchase, rehab and management of income producing properties. Aaron also has experience in the banking industry, working at Commerce National Bank, the bank for business. It is here where he began to fully understand credit and lending as related to the real estate industry and business. Eventually committing to his entrepreneurial spirit, as a full time real estate agent and investor, Mr. McDaniel acquired a special knowledge of the real estate industry and developed a respectable real estate portfolio. Mr. McDaniel is an executive board member of the Columbus Urban League Young Professionals Association and has played an important role in serving the community through volunteering. Committed and active with several different charitable organizations, Mr. McDaniel has been a team lead to CULYPA and 3Birds Collective Non-Profit associations for events and fundraisers during his professional life. All of these experiences have created the foundation for Aaron’s future plans to build on his property sales and management brokerage.
