About:
"It all boils down to envisioning yourself in your client's shoes and ensuring a comfortable experience for them 100% of the time."
This philosophy is Aaron Thomas's professional goal. It's a goal he achieves through crystal clear communication and by always being a step ahead, letting each client know what to expect throughout the process of buying or selling, and never losing respect for the fact that buying or selling a home is a momentous event in his client's lives.
As a result, 100% of the homeowners who purchased a Quadrant Home with his assistance say they will refer friends and family to him. And some, like the Daniels family, have purchased more than one Quadrant home with Aaron's help.
Aaron and Quadrant Homes are always appreciative of referrals. But now his past clients have the opportunity to once again enjoy his impeccable service - this time as sellers or as buyers anywhere in the Greater Puget Sound area.
In a new program designed to assist and support current homeowners when it comes time to sell, Quadrant Homes is developing an extensive Internet presence showcasing the benefits and features of both Quadrant-built homes and their communities. Here, buyers seeking the quality associated with the Quadrant Homes name will be introduced to the resale homes listed with Quadrant Certified Brokers.
Because of his "inside-out" knowledge of the homes, his track record of customer satisfaction, and over 400 Quadrant homes sold over the past ten years, Aaron has been designated as the first "Quadrant Homes Certified Broker."
Homeowners who choose to list with Aaron will have the benefit of Quadrant's extensive marketing, backed by their reputation as the Northwest's Premiere Builders. Then, in addition to Aaron's unparalleled service, they'll have the benefit of representation by a broker who is intimately familiar with both the community and the quality and care that went into building their homes.
And, Northwest Landing residents will enjoy the added advantage of listing with a broker who is also a neighbor.
Before entering the real estate field, Aaron earned a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in the spring of 2000. Then he worked with University Athletics as a strength and conditioning coach.
It was his later employment as a certified fitness trainer that led him to real estate – a fitness client talked him into joining her in sales at Quadrant Homes. Soon what started as a part-time venture became a full-time career. Before long, he was a top agent, earning the highest customer satisfaction award each year from 2003 to the present.
But Aaron doesn't merely sell real estate. He's also a homeowner, an investor, and a landlord. He feels this experience gives him the insight to help clients differentiate between the wise and unwise opportunities the market offers.
When not busy with buyers and sellers, Aaron enjoys exercise, snow skiing, golfing, fishing, attending Seattle sporting events, and visiting with friends. In addition to his girlfriend, he shares life with a white Golden Retriever – Lily.
He also enjoys travel and has a lifetime goal of visiting the 7 Wonders, hiking Macchu Pichuu, skiing the Swiss Alps and diving the Great Barrier Reef. So far his most exciting / unusual travel adventures have been watching the lava stream at night from the Arena Volcano in Costa Rica and catching a 300# Blue Marlin off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula.
Aaron is a member of NAR, SKCAR, NWMLS, and is a Certified New Home Sales Professional. He has served as chairman of the Builder Board of Directors since 2006, and was a New Home Council 2010 Hall of Fame award finalist.
