Agnes Halmon was born and raised in South Berwyn, where her parents still reside. Her work history includes several years in the sales department of an ATM and armored car services company. She then spent several years working directly for a local multi-million dollar producing Realtor and then moved on to a small Property Development company. In 2008 she began her current affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of LaGrange. In 2009 she was awarded the "Rising Star-Rookie of the Year" award and has been a top producing agent for the La Grange office ever since. Agnes' business is concetrated mostly in Brookfield and LaGrange Park, but often branches to Riverside, La Grange, Westchester, Countryside, Western Springs and Berwyn. She has recently sold properties in Naperville, Plainfield, Lombard, Lemont, Glenn Ellyn, Carol Stream, Elgin and Forest Park. Agnes prides herself on providing sellers with a dynamic and diverse marketing program which includes a variety of traditional and online media.
