Abstract:
A seal cap ( ) for use in sealing an end ( ) of a tendon ( ) anchored to an anchor plate ( ). The seal cap ( ) includes a receptacle ( ) for holding therein a sealing agent ( ). The seal cap ( ) further includes a push nut ( ) that grips to the tendon end ( ) when forced thereon. A foam washer ( ) is held in the front part of the seal cap ( ). When the seal cap ( ) is forced, such as by hammering, on the end ( ) of the tendon ( ), the sealant is displaced onto the tendon ( ), and the foam washer ( ) is squeezed against the anchor plate ( ). A high quality moisture seal is formed.

Abstract:
A system for transmitting credit transaction data, such as an authorization request, is provided. The system includes a remote hub system that is connected to a communications medium, such as the Internet. The remote hub system receives credit transaction data, such as an authorization request, a credit card number, and a transaction amount, from one or more point of sale systems, such as credit card authorization terminals. The remote hub system then encrypts the credit transaction data, and transmits the encrypted credit transaction data over the Internet to a gateway system. The gateway system decrypts the encrypted credit transaction data and transmits the credit transaction data to an authorization system.
A post tensioning anchor assembly comprising a tapered tubular member, cable cap and anchoring plate assembly. The anchoring plate is constructed for live end or dead end securement in the sidewall of a concrete formation for post tensioning of a sheathed cable. The plate has inside and outside faces constructed for matingly receiving over the cable either the tubular member cap or both. In this manner the post tensioning plate assembly can be used for both outside and intermediate post tensioning constructions. In the intermediate configuration, tubular members are secured both to the inside and the outside faces of the plate with the tensioning cable extending therethrough.
A method of and apparatus for inhibiting the corrosion of a tendon within a post-tensioning anchor plate assembly. A tubular extension member protects the tendon and includes a foam injection port which is adapted for the injection of foam material to inhibit tendon corrosion, when it is sealed against the anchor plate. The tubular extension member further includes a circumferential ring disposed therearound providing a water stop to the infiltration of moisture after construction of the post-tensioning assembly. An anchor plate cap is also provided for covering the terminal end of the post-tensioned tendon. The cap is constructed with a radially extending ridge disposed along the inner edge for interlocking engagement with the anchor plate. A round die cut foam insert is provided in the cap to seal the terminal end of the tendon.
A shearing device for tendons such as wire, rope or cables. The device incorporates a shear block and clamping system having a first cylindrical block adapted for engaging an eccentric recess formed in a housing. Both the housing and the block are constructed with apertures therethrough adapted for receiving the tendon therein. Eccentric misalignment of the apertures is provided by relative rotation between the housing and the block to therein provide the shearing action. A clamp is disposed outwardly of the block for securing the tendon to be terminated. In this manner, a post-tension tendon of the type utilized in concrete construction or the like, can be safely terminated and controlled within a recessed region with efficiency and dimensional control.
A shearing device for wire rope or cables. The device incorporates a shear block system having a first cylindrical block adapted for mainly engaging an eccentric recess formed in a housing. Both the housing and the block are constructed with apertures therethrough adapted for receiving the cable or wire rope therein. Eccentric misalignment of the apertures is provided by relative rotation between the housing and the block to therein provide the shearing action. In this manner, a post-tension cable of the type utilized in concrete construction or the like, can be terminated within a recessed region with efficiency and dimensional control.

System And Method For Controlling Data Using Containers
An electronic device for managing secured data containers, the electronic device comprising at least one network interface, at least one memory storing executable instructions, and at least one processor coupled to the at least one network interface and the at least one memory. Execution of the executable instructions by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to receive a request for data container creation, retrieve data related to the request for data container creation, retrieve one or more parameters constraining use of the data, encrypt the data using a public encryption key, encode the encrypted data into a data storage area of a data container, encode the one or more parameters constraining use of the data into a machine readable parameter storage area of the data container, and assign a UUID to the data container.
