Alex first fell into real estate by accident in 2002. Since then, he has never looked back. He loves the freedom and flexibility that comes with a real estate career. After bouncing from office to office, Alex came across of a little red book named "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent", but what really drew his attention was the tag line, "It's Not About The Money". After he read that book, he knew right then and there, that if he was to succeed he needed to be with Keller Williams Realty. Trouble was, in 2005 there weren't any Keller Williams offices in Westchester County, The Bronx, or Manhattan. The closest office was located in Orange County, NY which is quite a bit of a commute, especially since Alex lives in Manhattan. When Alex heard that a KW office was opening in Westchester County, he resigned from Century21, and waited for Keller Williams Realty to open their doors. Alex loves helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. It is truly a rewarding experience to be a part of my clients lives when they are in the process of buying or selling real estate. Right now there are many home owners that are going through some tough times and we need to help them. That is why Alex became a Certified Distressed Property Expert, to better assist distressed owners with this very emotional and stressful period in their lives.
