Abstract:

The dihydrogenphosphate salt of 4-oxo-4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazin-7(8H)-yl]-1-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butan-2-amine is a potent inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase-IV and is useful for the prevention and/or treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, also referred to as type 2 diabetes. The invention also relates to a crystalline monohydrate of the dihydrogenphosphate salt as well as a process for its preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing this novel form and methods of use for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure.

Abstract:

Methods, program products, and systems for monitoring extrinsic processes are described. A monitoring process can monitor one or more target processes. The target processes can be extrinsic, e. g. , not spawned by the monitoring process. The monitoring process reads a process registry to identify which processes among multiple processes to monitor. The monitoring process can send status requests to the identified target processes periodically to check whether the target processes are healthy. If a target process is terminated, the monitoring process determines whether the termination is normal (e. g. , by a user), or abnormal (e. g. , the target process crashed). The monitoring process can restart the abnormally terminated or hung target process.

The batch may be fetched for an interval of time, and the ETL platform may fetch new or changed data from different cloud/on-premise applications. It will store this data in the cloud or on-premise to build data history. As the ETL platform fetches new data, the system will not overwrite existing data, but rather will create new versions so that change history is preserved. For any reason, if businesses would like to rollback data, they could rollback to any previous batch.

Abstract:

A system enables older cached data to be kept against the same key while adding in new sets of data in the cache that have the affected dimensional changes. Set membership functions such as intersection and difference may be used on each dimension of the data to derive the correct range for which partition the data must belong to. Each range-based, partitioned set in the cache that is against the same key is mutually exclusive with another range-based, partitioned set for the same key. With ranged-based, partitioned set, a key can be queried to find out which sets are already stored and which sets may need to be stored. This approach allows the caching to be served longer when there are queries that are only interested in subsets of the data.
