Abstract:

An amusement ramp structure usable in conjunction with a wheeled vehicle which takes the form of a ramp that has an arcuate outer surface. The lower edge of the ramp is adapted to be located directly against a supporting surface. Attached to an upper edge of the ramp is a deck with this deck being movable from a horizontal position to a vertical position so that the ramp structure can be placed in two different configurations of usage. The deck is mounted on a deck frame with this deck frame being separatable into two parts in order to collapse the ramp structure to occupy a minimum amount of space to facilitate storage.

Abstract:

A mass flow controller and method for operating the same is disclosed. The mass flow controller includes a mass flow control system to control the mass flow rate of a fluid, and a data logging component that obtains snapshots of condition-specific-data for each of a plurality of reoccurring condition types, and reduces each snapshot of condition-specific-data to functional parameter values that characterize each snapshot of condition-specific-data, and the data logging component generates statistical values that are stored in a short term data store that characterize multiple functional parameter values that are obtained during each separate occurrence of a specific condition type. A diagnostics component diagnoses failures using current functional parameter values and the statistical values stored in the short-term memory, and a prognostics component predicts failures based upon a collection of data sets that are stored in the long-term memory.

Abstract:

Gas distribution apparatus to provide uniform flows of gases from a single source to multiple processing chambers are described. A regulator is positioned at an upstream end of a shared volume having a plurality of downstream ends. A flow controller is positioned at each downstream end of the shared volume, the flow controller comprising an orifice and a fast pulsing valve. Methods of using the gas distribution apparatus and calibrating the flow controllers are also described.

Computer-implemented system and method for improved management of projects that result in deliverables, such as deliverables to a client or customer. Resources such as staff members and time needed to generate the deliverables are scheduled according to the environment in which they exist. The environment can include the particular asset list the deliverables are part of, the individual staff or teams of staff that are available for assignment or have been assigned to complete a particular list, and the like. Teams may specify a priority of any task. When a deliverable is entered into the system its component tasks behave as a workflow comprising data objects. The data objects are treated in accordance with team-specific attributes. Schedules are revised automatically as tasks are advanced or completed, or as new tasks are added taking into account task priorities and team attributes.
