Foreigners flee Libya as world leaders seek resolution
Libya refused to allow a plane to pick up stranded Lebanese nationals in Tripoli, the official Lebanese news agency said Friday. Two days earlier, Lebanon refused landing rights to a Libyan plane that was "said to be carrying members of (Libyan leader Moammar) Gadhafi's family," said Ali Hamdan, a foreign relations adviser.
