Also arraigned in Wayne County Circuit Court was Allison Howard, a 42-year-old Boston woman who was arraigned on perjury charges. Prosecutors said her false statements early in the investigation delayed it by seven months.
Prosecutors also announced Tuesday that the show's principal photographer, Allison Howard of Boston, was indicted on perjury and obstruction of justice charges. A message seeking comment was left Tuesday afternoon with Howard's Detroit-area attorney, Robert Harrison.
