Del. officials: 2 women arrested for theft from 91-year-old

The Delaware State Police identified the women who were arrested as 53-year-old Tammy Lynn Willis and her daughter, 30-year-old Amanda Willis. They say Tammy Willis had been given the power to make decisions about the victims finances and stole thousands from her account.
