I love the end of a transaction when my clients are elated and comment on how much easier the process was than they were expecting. During my Real Estate career I have heard numerous stories about clients having bad experiences because they didn't know what to expect. Others didn't even understand the documents they were signing. Because of this I make sure to set proper expectations & educate my clients. I'm also not afraid to say if I don't know something and get back to my client with a correct answer instead of giving bad information. We really enjoy boating on the lake, going to the beach, off-roading, going to the movies, and game nights with the family.
