I love the end of a transaction when my clients are elated and comment on how much easier the process was than they were expecting. During my Real Estate career I have heard numerous stories about clients having bad experiences because they didn't know what to expect. Others didn't even understand the documents they were signing. Because of this I make sure to set proper expectations & educate my clients. I'm also not afraid to say if I don't know something and get back to my client with a correct answer instead of giving bad information. Since moving to Raleigh I have discovered a love for running and have participated in the Krispy Kreme Challenge twice. I'm looking forward to participating in upcoming 5k races as well. We really enjoy boating on the lake, going to the beach, off-roading, going to the movies, and game nights with the family.
