About:

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Indianapolis, IN (Greenwood, IN). I moved to Kansas City in January of 2000 and quickly made Kansas City my new home with my husband and two sons. I love the Kansas City area, as it is much like the suburbs where I grew up in Indiana! My boys are both in college, and I am married to a wonderful man! I attend Life Church in Olathe, KS where I am very actively involved in serving. My faith and family are the most important parts of my life! I graduated from Indiana University in 1986 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and went "back to school" in 1989 to pursue a real estate license. I sold real estate part-time until late 2004 when I left the dental hygiene field to pursue a full-time career in real estate. I have personally owned and moved residences seven times in my lifetime, so I have a good grasp on what it takes to emotionally and physically make that move to another home! 2 of those homes were sold in the first week they were on the market! I strive to listen to my clients needs, and be compassionate, yet also be assertive in preparing a home to sell and marketing the home. I provide staging services in my standard fee to sell a home, and always work hard to go "above and beyone" the client's expectationsI I also have personally bought and sold several investment "flip" properties and foreclosures, and am knowledgeable in that area of real estate. I have worked numerous deals where I ended up working the Seller AND Buyer side of the deal, where I represented the Seller, and the Buyer was unrepresented. All of those deals were done with no complications, and closed smoothly! I would LOVE to represent you or your loved ones in the sale of purchase of your home!
