About:

Andres “Andy” Garcia is a Hudson County expert. Raised in Newark and Kearny, and a current resident of Hoboken for over a decade, no one knows more about Hudson County's history and it’s future. Most of his knowledge comes from his close relationship with his father who bought, renovated, and rented real estate in the Kearny area for over 30 years. After competing regionally in his high school crew team, Andy pursued his interests of urban development and environmental sciences (and of course crew) at Rutgers University – New Brunswick. Andy’s most proud achievements from his undergraduate years are graduating with a competitive degree in Landscape Architecture, and placing third in the 1996 Eastern Sprints Regatta. Andy continues to live and serve the Hudson County area. After five years in personal finance, he returned to his first love: real estate. Between his educational background in landscape architecture and years supporting his father’s real estate ventures (including getting his hands dirty while changing water heaters, and the like!), Andy was primed to successfully start in the real estate business. After nearly a decade in Hudson County real estate, Andy continues to serve his clients with passion, knowledge, and professionalism. The only change is that Andy traded in his oar for a snowboard, where you can find him riding up and down the east coast.
