Abstract:

A gaming system for conducting a wagering game includes a wager input device for receiving a wager to play a wagering game, at least one display for displaying the wagering game, and at least one controller. The controller is operative to display a first outcome of the wagering game and award a first award associated with the first outcome, store the first award in a stored awards group, cause the at least one display to display the stored awards group, and re-award one or more awards in the stored awards group upon the occurrence of a triggering event.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for serving patrons in a wagering game environment are described herein. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving patron service information, wherein the patron service information indicates activities of a patron in a casino. The method can also include selecting, based on the patron service information, a service for the patron, wherein the patron has not requested the service. Additionally, the method can include presenting a service order instructing a service attendant to deliver the service.

Abstract:

A wagering game system and its operations are described herein. In embodiments, the operations can include determining that an event occurs to a wagering game player account during a wagering game session, determining a player-owned social network account associated with the wagering game player account, connecting to the player-owned social network account, and presenting a notification of the event on the player-owned social network account. In some embodiments, the operations can also include providing social network rewards and wagering game awards for the event to the player-owned social network account, or to other social network accounts associated with the player-owned social network account. In some embodiments, the operations can also include determining social activity performed by the other social network accounts and presenting notifications of the social activity by the other social network accounts to the wagering game player account during the wagering game session.

Abstract:

A route guidance program and method are disclosed. Maneuver data structures are formed that include data from a geographic database for each location along a route at which a maneuvering instruction is to be provided. These maneuver data structures are used to form a list of tokens. A token can be either a character string or a symbol that refers to another item of data, which can be either a character string, audio data, or graphics data. Maneuvering instructions are provided by explicating the tokens in the list of tokens. Explicating the tokens is done by providing all the data contained in or referred to by the tokens in the order specified in the list of tokens. If the token is a character string, explication includes providing the character string data contained in the token. If the token is a symbol, explication includes providing the data referred to by the symbol, which can be either a character string, audio data, or graphics data. The list of tokens is built by combining sequences of tokens.

The operations can further include activating a feature of the social networking venue according to the value associated with the electronic event.
