I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1989. I started in the Residential and Commercial Appraisal Office.  I relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii from 1990 to 1993 where I worked in a top Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Office. I got licensed in 1992 and headed up the new residential real estate appraisal division.  I relocated back to Las Vegas in 1993 and worked for many years as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. By 1997 I started "Atherley Appraisal" my own Residential Real Estate Appraisal office. Due to my many years in this field, I had many friends coming to me for consultation on their real estate needs. I added my Real Estate Sales license in 2006 and immediately started learning the Short Sale Business. Because of my background in Apprasial, problem solving was a natural thing and this was a smooth transition to learn Short Sales and "problem solve". I am now A Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale Foreclosure Certified Realtor and handle primarily listings of Short Sales. Also, with my long appraisal background, listing is my forte due to my comfort level with "pricing".  I started in Realty One Group in October 2008 but live in Nye County (Pahrump).
