The year of 2011 has become a professional turning point. The popularity of her brand grew enormously and dramatically in one fell swoop. Her staff grew from only herself to her hiring 3 additional people. She has made a newspaper (Post Tribune) and TV appearance on ABC (Windy City Live), met Candace “Sprinkle” Nelson from the famed “Cupcake Wars”, and even got an invite to the 2012 Bridal Expo being hosted by Northwest Indiana Times. Added to that is her plan to compete in the 2011 Michael Jackson Convention cake contest and become a food sponsor at a couple of “launch parties” in downtown Chicago. Although a lot of changes have been taking place, Angela has been ready for every twist and turn.
