Anne has established herself as a leader in the real estate community and has gained the trust and excitement of her agents both inside and outside the company.
Previously as the General Manager for ERA Home & Family Real Estate, Anne recognized that, as a company, they needed to better understand customer emotions, needs, and perspectives, and to base all business processes, service methods, training programs, and marketing messages around customer needs. Anne cultivated strong, long-term client relationships, personally generating more than $75 million in annual sales, and increasing overall company sales by more than 20% per year for the last 3 years, despite a massive downturn in the real estate market.
Anne heads operations for an office with a total of 25 real estate agents, as well as administrative support staff. She has developed aggressive sales coaching processes, and identified new business opportunities in untapped markets including corporate relocation, new construction and foreclosures. She was asked to take over the sales department of a multimillion-dollar, 56-unit new townhouse development project, and grew sales by an impressive 120% in the 1st year.
She also utilized her background and education in HR Management to create comprehensive company policies and procedures, write job descriptions, and establish a real estate school to recruit new agents in a boom market.
Prior to joining ERA, Anne spent 7 years in the US Army, where her accomplishments include establishing field hospitals in preparation for overseas deployments. She also created a new medical company from scratch, fielding and training more than 75 employees and managing over $2 million in equipment. Anne was an integral part of planning and executing the 1st Expert Field Medical Badge competition in the history of Ft. Irwin. This grueling and demanding competition brought together over 250 competitors for a 2-week contest, and required more than 6 months of planning, logistics, and coordination with other installations.
When Anne was asked to serve as Company Commander (the equivalent of a General / Operations Manager) for the Army Dental Command at Ft. Benning, Georgia, she developed an inventory control and supply tracking/accountability system that saved more than $100,000 per year. The processes and systems she put in place also improved overall productivity, as well as the working relationships between supply staff and clinics on the base.
Anne holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Cortland.
