Before entering the challenging and rewarding world of real estate, I was involved in the service industry as a hair stylist for 16 years. My hard work, leadership, management skills and unrelenting dedication to customer service, resulted in being selected by the Regis Corporation to manage one of their salons in Washington State. As a Stylist I have learned the importance of listening and addressing the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of my clients. This ability can only come through truly caring about the needs of people structured with practical experience and education. I sought to continue my education and graduated from the University of Phoenix and successfully completed the Colorado Real Estate Courses through Kaplan Professional School in pursuit of excelling in the real estate business world. I am constantly continuing my real estate education and I am working on my designations. I believe technology and social media are paramount tools to use as a real estate agent and I enjoy learning and developing these skills. Working with military families and first time home buyers is a pleasure because I enjoy taking the time to connect with my clients and help to educate them about the real estate process along the way. Being the proud wife of an Army Soldier has taken me and my family all over and required many moves. Like many other military families, I have had to take on the challenge of having to uproot my family and move many times, experiencing the stress, anxiety, and fears of having to find a new home. This helped me understand and truly respect the sacrifice and importance of what the client's needs are before, during and after relocation. I strongly believe that full dedication to customer service, clear concise open communication, understanding the needs and wants of the client and having access to the latest updated valuable market statistics and trends prepares me and my clients for a more successful and rewarding real estate transaction. My devotion to excellence and work ethic does not have limitations. I will always be available for my clients to answer their call or respond to an e-mail. Working in the real estate industry has given me the opportunity to meet and work with new people each week that specialize in electrical work, plumbing services and general contractors. I will be more than happy to utilize only the accredited ones that I have actually used in the past to assist you in all of your housing requirements. When not fully engaged in helping clients with their real estate needs, I am the hardworking dedicated mother of three beautiful children and the proud wife of an Army Soldier. I enjoy reading a good book, having a glass of wine while cooking and spending time with friends and family in our beautiful home in Colorado Springs.
