Interests:
I am a great fan of any activities outdoors such as running, cycling, kayaking, hiking, camping, body boarding, skiing, mountain biking, boating, wake boarding, water skiing, and many more. Less than one year ago I tapped into my inner-endurance athlete and I have since completed three half marathons and four 100+ mile bike rides.
I also love to experience new cultures. In the summer of 2010, I was lucky enough to go on a two-week study abroad trip to Europe. While there, we visited Amsterdam, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, and Brugge. I have also traveled to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Disclosed herein is a device conformed as a cylindrical structure having a bore axially bending partly therethrough, the end surface around the bore being coated with a phosphorescent coating and the bore surfaces being coated with black paint. By virtue of these coatings and the relative reflection coefficient thereof, a substantially true visual impression is created duplicating the appearance of a black hole in space. Thus the device may be used as a teaching aid assisting the user in the visualization of a complex physical phenomenon.
