Abstract:A cymbal stand extension that allows a cymbal stand to support more than one cymbal. The invention consists of a rod, two pads, two washers and one wing nut. The rod is formed with a threaded bolt extending from its top end and an axial bore extending inward from its bottom end. The threaded bolt serves as a mounting bolt for an additional cymbal. The axial bore is internally threaded and mates to the mounting bolt of a standard cymbal stand. Together, the pads, washers and wing nut secure the cymbal to the invention's mounting bolt.
