About:
Armando Ramirez is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in East Harlem where he still resides. A specialist in Uptown Manhattan, Armando honestly never wanted to live or work anywhere other than this great city. It's this passion that drives him each day in his work as an agent. After attending the Collegiate School on the Upper West Side then graduating from Syracuse University, Armando honed his financial skills in banking for 10 years dealing with investments and mortgages. He transitioned into real estate rentals and sales in 2009, and has successfully filled the needs of renters, buyers, sellers and landlords alike. 'Each client has very different needs,' he says. 'The trick is to be adaptable and focused on each individual. The renter needs to find a place to live in a short amount of time. The buyer requires more time to look and close the deal. Sellers want to know that they'll get the highest price for their property within a reasonable time period. And landlords have vacancies that must be filled as soon as possible with qualified, hassle-free tenants at the highest possible rent.' What everyone wants, however, is transparency, the truth, outstanding service, and the best bottom line. As with any business transaction, real estate is about the details and fine print. Armando's job is to protect his clients' interests in accomplishing their goals. So whether you are looking to rent an apartment, buy a condo, sell out a new development or purchase an investment property, he will dedicate his time and effort to your success. When not working hard, Armando loves biking, basketball, time with his daughter and family, and volunteering in his community.
