About:

I grew up in the picturesque rural town of Naples, located 50 miles south of Rochester, NY. I moved to Rochester, NY after graduating with my BS in Business Administration from SUNY College at Brockport. I loved interior design, so I bought my first home, a duplex, in 1995 so I could live in an affordable apartment, and yet could make changes in its design, since I owned it. After being a landlord for 10 years, I bought my second multi family in Rochester, a 4 unit, in 2005. I met my husband around the same time and together we bought several more multi family properties, and a single family residence that we "flipped". I have been able to use my love for interior design to renovate all our properties from light updates to complete "gut job" renovations starting from the studs. My husband works in his family business of residential rental property management and investment. Becoming a Real Estate salesperson was something I had been wanting to do since I bought my first house in 1995. I took the real estate salesperson class first in 1999, and again in 2006. I took it again in January of 2013, and, after working in accounting and finance for over 20 years, I was ready to make Real Estate my career, getting my license in April of 2013. I've been loving it ever since!
