I believe if a person lives in a community that they should be actively involved in that community;
I am currently a active member of the Athol American Legion the Rathdrum Lions Club the Coeur d' Alene Eagles Club and the Coeur d' Alene Rathdrum and Spirit Lakes Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to moving to North Idaho I was a member of the Kiwanis club coached Little League Baseball 26 years was a member of a 35 000 student school district board of trustees for 12 years a member of the City Park and Rec. Commission for eight years and a union president for 20 years.
I am still a Forty Niner fan and also enjoy boating and fishing.
About:
My wife, two 12 years olds and I moved to the Twin Lakes-Rathdrum area in 2007. In 2002 I retired as a California Parole Agent after a 30 year career. Five years later we found the place we desired to spend the remainer of our lives at. North Idaho. North Idaho possessess high family values, community spirit, great school districts and generally a good standard of living. In the summer you can enjoy golfing, boating, fishing white water rafting and other outdoor activities at the ten plus lakes and many rivers within 30 minutes of our home. Winter sports enthisiasts can enjoy four world class ski resorts within an hours drive, groomed snow mobile trails and ice fishing. I specialize in first time home buyers and those relocating from out of the area or state. I want others experience of purchasing a home and/or moving to Idaho to be as positive of an experience as my move.
