Abstract:
A plastic blister package for display and storage of a toothbrush has a base member and a closure member connected to one another by an integrally molded hinge. The base member and closure member have a pair of flanges, one overlying the other with package in the closed position, and a lip is provided on flange edge of the base member for receiving the edge of the closure member to seal the cavity formed by the two members. A pair of protuberances extend from the base flange and are received in interfitting engagement with a pair of openings found in the closure flange to substantially lock the package in the closed position.

Abstract:
A method and apparatus for checking performance and alignment of a disk drive designed for use with a floppy disk having a motor driven linear positioning mechanism for locating the read/write transducer over the diskette circular tracks. A digitally prerecorded diagnostic diskette has a series of precisely located special diagnostic tracks providing reference data for various alignment and response characteristics, both mechanical and electronic. A first group of tracks have sector ID blocks followed by progressively offset data blocks interspersed therein, with the range of the offset greater than the width of the track for which the disk drive is designed, which guarantees a read failure upon reading any track. These tracks are distributed radially across the surface of the diskette at positions corresponding to each rotational phase position of the transducer stepper motor. A pair of indexed timing tracks having a fixed number of byte transitions permits testing of both the alignment of the index transducer and skew of the linear positioning device.
Module Including Metallized Ceramic Tubes For Rf And Gas Delivery
A semiconductor substrate processing apparatus includes a vacuum chamber having a processing zone in which a semiconductor substrate may be processed, a process gas source in fluid communication with the vacuum chamber for supplying a process gas into the vacuum chamber, a showerhead module through which process gas from the process gas source is supplied to the processing zone of the vacuum chamber, and a substrate pedestal module. The substrate pedestal module includes a pedestal made of ceramic material having an upper surface configured to support a semiconductor substrate thereon during processing, a stem made of ceramic material, and a backside gas tube made of metallized ceramic material that is located in an interior of the stem. The metallized ceramic tube can be used to deliver backside gas to the substrate and supply RF power to an embedded electrode in the pedestal.
