About:

I was born and raised in Atlanta and have lived in Kennesaw since 1993. My background includes time in a closing attorney's office, working pre-close and post-close on files, time as a real estate sales agent and even a short time as a real estate appraiser (I decided right away that wasn't my calling!!). These different viewpoints of YOU the borrower gives me a nice perspective on the BIG picture of your financial situation. The entire reason I started my own mortgage company was that I saw too many people getting raw deals at the closing table, totally abandoned by their loan officer and the closing attorney being left trying to explain why what they were getting was a good deal. Not my idea of how a closing should go!! While we are not a huge company, we understand what it takes for a property to appraise, what it takes for a title issue to be cleared, what it takes to develop relationships with lenders and what it takes to make you happy while walking through the most important process for the most important investment you will ever make!
