Abstract:
A two-stage cure coating composition of a binder and a crosslinking component; the binder comprises and acrylic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000 and hydroxyl moieties in the range of 7. 0 to 40. 0 weight; wherein at least 40. 0 weight percent of the hydroxyl moieties are provided by hydroxy butyl acrylate; the crosslinking component comprises an organic polyisocyanate; and the first stage curing of a finish of the composition forms a water spot free finish within 90 minutes of application and the composition has a pot life of less than a 2 second rise in Zahn cup viscosity in 150 minutes; and the invention also is directed to a method of producing a finish on a substrate utilizing the coating composition.

Abstract:
A pigment dispersion useful for forming aqueous coating compositions containing metallic flake pigment, an aqueous carrier and a graft copolymer dispersant (binder); wherein the graft copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of about 5,000-100,000 and comprises a polymeric backbone and macromonomer side chains attached to the backbone wherein (1) the polymeric backbone is formed of polymerized ethylenically unsaturated monomers and (2) the side chains are macromonomers that are attached to the backbone at a single terminal point and formed from polymerized ethylenically unsaturated monomers that are polymerized in the presence of a cobalt chain transfer agent have a weight average molecular weight of about 1,000-30,000; wherein the graft copolymer contains about 2 to 70% by weight, based on the weight of the graft copolymer, of polymerized constituents having a phosphate moiety and phosphoric acid moieties that are polymerized into the backbone, the side chains or both and the polymer is neutralized with an inorganic base or an amine; and the metallic flake pigment is present in a binder to pigment weight ratio of least 10/100; coating compositions containing the novel dispersion, the graft copolymer and the process for making the graft copolymer and pigment dispersions are part of the invention.

Abstract:
A graft copolymer dispersant (binder) having a weight average molecular weight of about 5,000-100,000 wherein: (1) the graft copolymer has a polymeric backbone formed by polymerizing ethylenically unsaturated monomers; (2) the graft copolymer has macromonomer side chains attached to the backbone at a single terminal point that have weight average molecular weights of about 1,000-30,000 and are formed from by polymerizing ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of a cobalt chain transfer agent. The graft copolymer further contains about 2 to 70% by weight, based on the weight of the graft copolymer, of polymerized constituents having a phosphate moiety or phosphoric acid moleties that are polymerized into the backbone, the side chains, or both. The graft copolymer is neutralized with an inorganic base or an amine.

Abstract:
A coating composition comprising a hydroxy functional graft copolymer characterized by macromoners attached at a terminal point to a polymeric backbone. The composition further comprises a polyisocyanate curing agent. Such compositions provide an improved balance of pot life and cure properties.
I have been in the mortgage industry for 14 years now, and have seen many changes throughout the years. I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA in 1999 with an Accounting degree. I pride myself on professionalism, superior customer relations, hard work and enthusiasm. Unlike large national banks or shop-N-compare lending websites, 7th Level Mortgage can offer you the benefits of both worlds - Big bank savings and customized individual service. For most Americans their home is the single most expensive financial decision they will ever make. Unfortunately, the lending industry fueled by automation and the internet has taken the personal touch out of lending. At 7th Level Mortgage we use technology to assist our loan experts, not replace them. Since being in the mortgage industry, we have originated and sold literally billions of dollars in residential and commercial loan transactions to thousands of homeowners. Mortgages by 7th Level are customized for your needs regardless of whether you have less than perfect credit, poor credit, unfavorable mortgage history, or are currently in foreclosure or bankruptcy. Most mortgage companies only deal with good credit borrowers, people looking to purchase homes, or refinance their existing mortgage. At 7th Level Mortgage we specialize in the difficult mortgage loans. We can provide investors, first time home buyers or refinance borrowers with better interest rates and lower fees than most local bank or Credit Unions. Whether you are looking low down payment mortgages with zero closing costs, or low interest rate, interest only loans... Mortgages of every breed are our specialty. Contact me today to see how we can close your mortgage loan within 17 to 20 days. Call or email me today. I look for to working with you.
