About:

As a Park City REALTOR®, homeowner and landlord, I bring first-hand experience to the process for buying and selling condos and single-family homes in and around Park City. I’m originally from Boston, attended college in Vermont and settled in Park City a few years ago with my wife and two school aged children. I’m a life-long skier who’s been vacationing in Park City since the early 1980s and have skied at over 50 resorts on 3 continents. My family and I ski Deer Valley. My children attend the Park City public schools and we’re active in several youth programs to include the Deer Valley ski schools, ice hockey and figure skating. I’m intimately familiar with family ski vacations. I’ve spent countless hours in my youth and as an adult (and as a parent) planning, preparing and enjoying ski vacations. I’m also intimately familiar with searching for and buying property on a condensed timeline. I’m also intimately familiar with searching and buying investment property on an extended timeline. I recently retired from the US Army after a 20+ year career that traversed much of the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I’m a former battalion commander and a graduate of the Command and General Staff College. I hold a BA and MA and speak some Arabic, German, Korean, and Spanish. I’m highly experienced in dealing with fast-paced, multi-cultural situations with zero margin for error while always maintaining the highest ethical standards. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, golfing, and supporting my kids’ hockey and figure skating endeavors. I also volunteer with the National Ability Center and several veteran’s groups.
