Bruce Jenkins, Broker/Owner of Full Sail Realty, started his real estate career in California where he sold homes and assisted commercial clients with 1031 exchanges, facilitating the sale of several large apartment complexes. Bruce was also involved as a developer in the home construction industry.
Bruce went on to earn the prestigious CCIM Commercial Real Estate Specialist designation and, as a Florida Real Estate Broker, has consummated many residential sales and several large commercial real estate transactions in the Tampa and Sarasota areas. These commercial transactions involved office properties, retail plazas, and special purpose buildings.
Articles have appeared in Broker/Agent News and the St. Petersburg Times lauding Mr. Jenkins’ use of technology to advance the field of residential Real Estate Sales. Bruce has also served the local Board of Realtors on both the Technology and Professional Development Committees.
