I am a retired AF Vetran with 22 years of service. I have made many moves with the Air Force from overseas to stateside. I understand the military move. I became a Realtor to be able to serve the comunity and help people find the home they are looking for. I treat every person the sameif you are buying a $30K home or a $350K home. My favorite person to work with is the first time home buyer. It is wonderful to walk them through the process and then hand them the keys at the closing and know they now have their first home. After closing I am still available to answer questions. I have helped clients get the pool up and running to providing them names of contractors I have worked with. My family and I moved a lot due to our 22 years in the Air Force and have had many opportunities to see the world. We lived in Germany, Delaware, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, North Dakota, Korea, Florida, Japan, and now here in Warrensburg. It didn't take long to recognize the small town life Warrensburg has to offer and decided this was going to be our home. All of this moving has given me the chance to learn the moving process and how to make it a smooth move. I would like to help you find your next home. I enjoy the smile of the first time home buyer as you walk them through the process all the way to the end, handing them the keys to their new home. I will never forget my first home and want to give others the great memory of their first home. I will be there with you through the process from the first meeting to the closing table. My education background consists of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from University of Maryland University College.
