Interests:
I've had a passion for rock climbing since I started back in 1997; through the years I've climbed routes all over the Inland Northwest California Oregon Spain Germany Switzerland Portugal Morocco Italy and Croatia. When I was at Willamette I was the president of the climbing club and cycling club. Recently I've started road biking again and I'm thrilled to be doing it.
My parents brought be up while supporting charities like Children's Village in Coeur d'Alene and most recently my father was involved with the Mobius project in downtown Spokane.
As a student at Willamette University I created hosted and generated funding for an event called "Wine and Wishes" which was a art donation / sale combined with a local wine tasting it raised about $5 000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. My last involvement with a non-profit in Coeur d'Alene was a donation purchase for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children.
I was lucky enough to grow up in a very stable and loving family environment and I realize many children do not get this experience or anything close to it. During my time in Ecuador (2003) I re-organized a non-profit for "Los Ninos de La Calle" (The Children of the Street) to generate donations procured from local businesses. It was a huge success and in some ways even more heartbreaking but I'm glad I put in a few months. During April of 2011 I spent a month teaching English in Peru which was a dynamic and challenging experience where both myself and the students learned a lot.

About:
Being a successful real estate agent is quite simple. Learn how to listen and interpret, then show people exactly what they are looking for. From my experience, people want an agent that has the answers to their questions and information about the community, not someone trying to SELL them a property. I provide my clients with the highest level of customer service and discretion. As a lifelong resident of the Inland Northwest I have a true understanding of my community's past and future. I specialize in out-of-state buyer representation, waterfront, luxury, and residential sales.
