My first real estate transaction was an investment property I purchased in 1998. I had just taken the real estate salespersons course to get a basic understanding of real estate principles. While working for a Telecommunications firm I continued to try to buy an investment property every year or two. In 2005 I began working full time as a Realtor while continuing to look for investment and development opportunities. I've worked with several engineering firms to subdivide land, partnered with builders to joint venture the construction of many new homes, and personally general contracted new and remodeled homes. However, the majority of my time is spent helping my clients reach their goals. I've worked with all types of buyers and sellers- from first time home buyers looking for creative financing yet needing to beat out multiple offers in a competitive market, to helping savvy sellers move multi-million dollar properties in record time with multiple offers.
