Abstract:

A reversible garment provides different looks, textures or washes on first and second presentation surfaces thereof. A first presentation surface provides a first visual appearance and a second presentation surface provides a second visual appearance using the same garment. All essential features of the garment are provided on each of the first and second presentation surfaces, such that each of the surfaces appears comparable to a conventional, non-reversible garment. As an example, a jean garment provides includes a main leg member formed from four interconnected panel sections. Each presentation surface of the garment includes a waistband having belt loops arranged therearound, front and rear pockets, and lower hems which match the selected appearance of the presentation surface. The garment also includes a single pull zipper and a double-headed fastening member, each of which functions when either of the first or second side surfaces is displayed outwardly.

Abstract:

A reversible hand or bag pocket and method of making the same are provided. The reversible pocket can be incorporated into reversible garments, for example, reversible jeans. The pocket is fully functional regardless of in which configuration the jeans are worn. The pocket also appears finished, aesthetically pleasing, and substantially the same in both configurations. A reversible fly and reversible hem and methods of making the same are also provided. The reversible fly and/or hem can be incorporated into reversible garments, for example, reversible jeans.

Abstract:

An improved portable and hand-held beverage chilling device, having water utilized as a coolant that can be frozen between non-permanently sealed walls of the device, is intended for chilling and subsequent maintenance of a canned or bottled beverage at its coldest liquid state, while providing direct consumption from its container. The beverage cooler features two cylindrical receptacles that are enclosed on one end. These receptacles, called shells, are of different diameter and height such that the inner is placed within the outer and a coolant is contained in the spacial void created. A beer or soft drink container is inserted within a cavity defined by the inner shell, thereby facilitating cooling. A threaded circular cap, with a circular hole of comparable diameter to that of the inner shell, is assembled by hand to the top of the inner shell in a snap-on interlocking fashion. The cap is secured by hand to the outer shell by means of mutually mating threads.

Abstract:

An electrochemical gas analyzer is disclosed which includes sensing, compensation and counter electrodes in an electrolyte. The compensation electrode provides a compensation signal related to the concentration of gas dissolved in the bulk of the electrolyte. This compensation signal is subtracted from the analyzer output signal to eliminate errors caused by bulk electrolyte dissolved gas.
