Abstract:

Container apparatus includes a container for a liquid and a hose or conduit connected to the bottom of the container through which liquid flows outwardly. The hose or conduit extends upwardly along the side of the container for storage purposes and is moved outwardly and downwardly to allow liquid to flow from the container through the hose or conduit. Different embodiments are illustrated, with the upper or discharge end of a hose or conduit secured to a breather spout for storage purposes and removed therefrom for draining the liquid from the container. The container apparatus includes a handle, and the handle includes a slot which receives the hose for storage purposes. The handle accordingly is disposed adjacent to the breather spout. Shutoff elements or valves are disclosed in two embodiments which serve as a double security for preventing the draining of the liquid inadvertently. The valve elements must be rotated away from their storage position in order to allow liquid to flow.

Abstract:

An all-weather goggle includes a lens with an arcuate shape. The all-weather goggle includes a frame that includes an inner frame with a first elasticity and an outer frame coupled to the inner frame, the outer frame comprising a second elasticity that is less than the first elasticity. The inner frame is positioned proximate a user's face. The outer frame is coupled to the inner frame and is configured to removably receive the lens. The outer frame maintains the arcuate shape of the lens when the lens is worn by the user and when the lens is not worn by the user. A first portion of the all-weather goggle is made of thermoplastic polyurethane and a second portion of the all-weather goggle is made of a thermoplastic polyamide.
