Description:
Originally from New Jersey and relocated here by way of South Florida, I spent more than 15 years in system software development and high-tech acquisitions in for a fortune 500 company in New Jersey. There I developed some of the skills I bring to this profession – customer service, practical implementation of technology, organization, contract review, negotiation, and transaction management, to name a few. After moving to Florida, I embarked on a very fulfilling and successful 2nd career in Florida real estate. Working with a boutique agency, I specialized in waterfront and golf-course homes. I continued to segue my corporate skill base to the service of clients in real estate transactions and was presented with many opportunities to develop my understanding and use of sales and marketing. Now serving Baltimore city and the surrounding counties, I find urban homes and historic neighborhoods to be fascinating and stimulating. Absorbing all I can about the neighborhoods, development, construction, and city specifc codes and historic designations, I find each transaction to be unique and challenging. My commitment to city life extends to living, working, and playing here. Using only a professional full-time approach, my business is one that is balanced with transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords, large and small, residential and commercial, city and county, and traditional and green - resulting in macro and micro knowledge and perspective of the current conditions of the marketplace. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), I am always striving to improve my skills and results through ongoing education and plenty of experience. I am working on several other designations and was chosen to attend the CBRB Leadership Academy. Some other credentials of note include mentoring new agents (8 to date) in my office, LeadRouter eAgent, Tech Champ, SAAC representative, member of various Realtor Board committees on both the state and local levels, and Team Spirit Award winner for four years running. By way of becoming part of the community that has been so welcoming to me and my family, I’ve enjoyed several fulfilling volunteer associations with local charities and organizations, most notably Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES, GBBR Foundation, PEO Maryland Chapter D, Baltimore Outreach Services, and Port Discovery. My husband and I enjoy living in Otterbein with our two wheaten terriers, Chelsea and Sandy. I find working in the Federal Hill office and being part of the exciting changes happening in the city and its environs to be a pleasure and one I look forward to sharing with you.
