Cheryl Rivera – Moved to Florida in 2011 “New to Florida, not new to Real Estate!!!” Born and raised in Rochester, NY - I DON’T like the cold. I love the water, boating, jet skis and the sunsets on the bay. Sixteen years ago I started assisting a New York Broker Associate, in Queens, NY. It became obvious that I had the potential to be a great real estate agent. I believe it is because of my passion to serve people and listen to their needs. I received my New York Real Estate license and worked in the New York area for many years throughout Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. While working in New York City my skills were perfected as I worked through many challenges in a big and diverse city. I then moved to Florida and got my real estate license. I love Florida and truly enjoy Serving and Selling. I earned my undergraduate degree in Springfield, MI and I have had the pleasure of working with many not-for-profit organizations. I am on the boards of Ark, International and High Flight Foundation. I have had the privilege of being a keynote speaker in different countries around the world. In 2010 I hosted my first women in business meeting Uganda, Africa. I’m also a Transformational Life Coach and I assist people in life and business strategies. Even though I have never personally been in the military, it has been my honor to counsel/coach military families dealing with PTSD.
