I have been an elementary teacher for 16 years. I have spent most of those years in second and third grade classrooms. I currently teach second grade in Missouri. I'm married and have two children. My daughter is a senior in high school and my son is in 7th grade. Their activities keep me pretty busy but I also enjoy time outside with my flowers, playing Scrabble with friends, and making craft projects. I also love working on an Etch-a-sketch when I'm feeling very relaxed and patient.
