Christine Kim is the Founder and Principal Broker of Bridgepointe Group, a full-service real estate firm located in the Silicon Valley of California. She is directly responsible for driving company growth and expanding sales in Northern California, with a focus on facilitating residential and commercial investment opportunities. Bridgepointe leverages technology and Kim’s prior management experience in marketing with companies such as Cisco Systems and Foote, Cone & Belding to broaden its reach locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Christine has perennially placed in the Top 5% of Realtors in Santa Clara County since 2004. Prior to launching her own boutique real estate firm, Christine earned several prestigious top producer awards at brokerages such as Alain Pinel Realtors and Intero Real Estate Services, closing more than $100 million in transactions. In June of 2005, she was featured in REALTOR® Magazine's "30 Under 30 " cover feature as one of 30 Realtors in the nation under the age of 30 who demonstrate business success, professional leadership, community leadership, and geographic and ethnic diversity. Prior to her impressive real estate career, Christine created and executed marketing strategies for CIM (Cisco Interactive Mentor) simulation software by realigning mainstream sales and distribution channels and simplifying pricing structure. She managed the product development team and reversed declining market share by redefining all messaging campaigns internally and through various retailers nationwide, creating new product packaging, streamlining product licensing and introducing new and innovative products. She also at spent time at Foote Cone & Belding, a nationally recognized advertising firm, delivering a $40 million-dollar media plan incorporating all national media vehicles including print, online, broadcast and digital media for the launch and iterative improvement of the SEGA Dreamcast system. Christine has served as President of the Korean American Professional Society (KAPS) from 2005-2007 and served various leadership positions there since 2004. She also volunteers her time at AACI (Asian Americans for Community Involvement) the largest community-based organization serving the Asian American community in Santa Clara County. As the Founding Chapter President for AREAA-Silicon Valley, Christine strongly believes that Asian Americans have a unique opportunity to thrive in today's real estate market and believes in promoting sustainable homeownership through education and active participation in the local community. She encourages both real estate consumers and industry practitioners to get involved in the association to create a strong united voice. Christine was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She is a classically trained, award-winning pianist and enjoys golf, travel and leading edge technology in her spare time. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and currently resides in San Jose, CA.
