Abstract:
A diesel engine crankcase ventilation filter has a flat low profile modular filter housing, preferably extending vertically and having a top opening closed by a modular filter element inserted downwardly thereinto and closing and completing the housing. The construction provides a closed crankcase ventilation, CCV, filter in mobile diesel engine applications of limited space.

Abstract:
A flat panel filter element is provided for a diesel engine crankcase ventilation filter having a flat low profile filter housing extending in a horizontal plane. The flat panel filter element has media, including coalescing media, spanning a horizontal supporting and sealing perimeter border frame and passing flow downwardly therethrough.

Abstract:
A diesel engine crankcase ventilation filter is provided by a flat low profile filter housing extending in a horizontal plane and having an upper planar horizontal surface, a lower planar horizontal surface, and side surfaces extending between the upper and lower surfaces. A planar horizontal flat panel filter element extends parallel to the upper and lower surfaces. The housing has an upper plenum between the flat panel filter element and the upper surface, and a lower plenum between the flat panel filter element and the lower surface, an inlet receiving oil and air from the diesel engine and supplying same along an inlet path to the upper plenum to flow downwardly through the flat panel filter element to the lower plenum, a first outlet outputting air along a first outlet path from the lower plenum, and a second outlet outputting oil along a second outlet path from the lower plenum.

Abstract:
A direct flow filter includes a pleated filter element filtering fluid flowing axially therethrough parallel to the wall segment pleat tip bend lines. Embossments on the wall segments have a height extending along a lateral direction into a respective flow channel to maintain channel width and guiding and directing fluid axially into and along the flow channels from the upstream ends of the wall segments.

An air filtration cartridge has annular filter media having a hollow interior and extending axially between first and second distally opposite end caps. The first end cap is an outlet end cap having flow straightening structure integrally formed therewith and spanning the hollow interior. The second end cap is a closed end cap having an interior face having quarter wave resonators formed by blind holes therein.

Abstract:
A two stage drainage gas-liquid separator assembly includes an inertial gas-liquid impactor separator having one or more nozzles accelerating a gas-liquid stream therethrough, and an inertial impactor in the path of the accelerated gas-liquid stream and causing liquid particle separation from the gas-liquid stream, and further includes a coalescer filter downstream of the inertial gas-liquid impactor separator and effecting further liquid particle separation, and coalescing separated liquid particles.
