Abstract:

A report generated from analysis of a software sample is obtained and parsed. A root node of a causality tree is determined based on source-target relationships and a primary malware instance indicated in the report. Actions, behaviors, and additional malware instances are identified based on the report. Additional relationships among the data which are not explicitly represented are extracted from further parsing and processing of the report by tracing the relationships in the report data starting from the data of the entity represented by the root node, with child nodes added for processes and files discovered from the tracing. For each entity for which a node is added to the causality tree, counts of the related behaviors and actions are determined and associated with the node along with the corresponding details. A GUI depiction of the resulting causality tree is generated and displayed for visualizing and navigating the causality tree.

Abstract:

Disclosed embodiments include systems, vehicles, and methods to present an option to visit an attraction and to present information about the attraction. In an illustrative embodiment, a computing system operates according to instructions that cause the computing system to: monitor a position of the computing system; present via a visual interface a map including at least one first route; identify via the visual interface at least one attraction situated within a range of the at least one first route; in response to a request to add a visit to the at least one attraction, determine at least one second route from the position to the at least one attraction; present the at least one second route on the map; generate navigational information according to the at least one second route; and when within a predetermined vicinity of the at least one attraction, present information about the at least one attraction.

Abstract:

A method for producing metal chalcogenide nanoparticles, the method comprising: (i) producing hydrogen chalcogenide-containing vapor from a microbial source, wherein said microbial source comprises: (a) chalcogen-reducing microbes capable of producing hydrogen chalcogenide vapor from a chalcogen-containing source; (b) a culture medium suitable for sustaining said chalcogen-reducing microbes; (c) at least one chalcogen-containing compound that can be converted to hydrogen chalcogenide vapor by said chalcogen-reducing microbes; and (d) at least one nutritive compound that provides donatable electrons to said chalcogen-reducing microbes during consumption of the nutritive compound by said chalcogen-reducing microbes; and (ii) directing said hydrogen chalcogenide-containing vapor into a metal-containing solution comprising a metal salt dissolved in a solvent to produce metal chalcogenide nanoparticles in said solution, wherein said chalcogen is sulfur or selenium, and said chalcogenide is sulfide or selenide, respectively. The invention is also directed to metal chalcogenide nanoparticle compositions produced as above and having distinctive properties.
