As I look back on the different places I have lived, each being unique in its own right, each offering up something special. However, none of them offering the balance that is offered here at the lake. I am a full time resident of Eagle Lake and have been for nearly 7 years. We offer a country store 'Yore Country Store' stocks everything from fresh meats and produce to fish bait and pvc pipe. 'Wings of Fire Restaurant' is located just next door. Offering a large menu and great family dining. Eagle Lake Baptist Church and Eagle Lake Methodist Chruch both offer Sunday services. And of course we have a few 'beverage hot spots' Amenities - necessities, rural appeal -leisure commute, new construction - preexisting, building lots - rv spots......Balance and location.
