Everyone was calm and there was a ton of smoke outside the train and then a police officer starts hammering the window without warning and another police officer (was) screaming for everyone to calm down, commuter Claudia Frye, who was inside the station at the time of the fire, told the Herald
"Kids can't assume cars are going to stop for them. They arealso at an age and height when they like to hide between cars.Drivers can't see them or anticipate them," said Dr. Claudia Frye,who is with the Trinity Pediatric Group in Bettendorf.
