Hi, I have been living in Las Vegas since 1986 from Los Angeles, CA. My time here has flown by. I can hardly believe it is 2014! After 8 years of working as a professional dancer on the Las Vegas Strip and earning my Business Degree from UNLV, I became a licensed Realtor in 1994 and have never looked back. Enjoying the 12 years of rising home prices until the bubble bust in 2006. Currently the Vegas home market is in a recovery with home prices rising up 16-25% around the valley in 2012. In 2013 we received even more increases up another 9% in most neighborhoods. Are inventory of homes is low currently, however increased from 2012. I.E. SELLERS ARE WELCOME! Buyers are scrambling for home. Congratulations to those of you whom succeed with all that competition! I still teach dance in Las Vegas, part time and I like to exercise at the Gym or you could find me in a Bikram Yoga class. Hiking in some of our beautiful State Parks like Red Rock or Lake Mead is another favorite past time. When I'm not in Vegas I like to travel to Utah just next door for my extreme outdoor activities. Like hiking the Narrows in Zion National Park or just enjoying friends while fishing in Navajo Lake, UT, just 30 minutes up from Cedar City, UT.
