Recorded APU, Test Mile, and Engine hour stats, at each stop of the vehicle, upon testing procedures, from crew personnel, continuously monitoring progression, for each vehicle, throughout testing life. ***Compiled, reviewed, archived, and distributed written and electronic data from Yuma Proving Ground testing procedures. **Reviewed reports, via laptop, desktop and log review, after they were submitted to the Senior Data Collector and audited for errors, addressing and remedying/researching them where necessary, before being reviewed by Engineers and sent out for print, and to the Pentagon to follow. Referred to stored test reports for revision writing purposes. Wrote test report revisions. * Served as Senior Data Collector Admin Assistant in offices, in the maintenance shop, and surrounding and remote geographic locations, where I reviewed and sent back documentation needing remedy for clarification and report completion. Consulted with crew personnel and staff, Senior Data Collectors, Vice President of testing, all data collectors, test project engineers, etc. *Performed Quality Assurance duties, with the senior data collector and assisted the logistics manager, with various testing projects and personnel training records, and processed and entered service form data into Excel based spreadsheets. *Kept an electronic diary of general daily activities regarding each vehicle in a family of twelve wheeled armored vehicles for the Senior Data Collector and the Logistics Manager. Retrieved and referred to electronic IETM Maintenance and testing instructional/parts software diagrams and maintenance instructions for multiple purposes, while reporting any detected errors, to the technical writers, for diagram and written remedy/tech manual evolvement completion Receive, sort, scan, process, enter into paper and electronic files, and perform initial audits on all maintenance records from multiple company stations/hangars for CRJ, Embraer, and DHC-8, 200 series aircraft. Archive, records at designated times, satisfying FAA regulations. Locate errors by auditing electronic and paper records and send back to maintenance stations for remedy, contacting the stations by email, or consult personnel in person. Also Completion of all maintenance forms, such as Engineer orders, repair orders, M055, M035C, M033C9, M046C, component control forms, work orders, tear down reports, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and fleet directives, weight and balance forms, and others. Quality assure all electronic, and paperwork to satisfy FAA regulations Return all errors to stations/inspectors via use of electronic scans, and by electronic copy, and retrieve original corrected forms via electronic and FedEx delivery. Deliver, file audit, and processed forms to designated departments. Process and audit C-checks, 4K checks, heavy checks, A checks, and routine/non routine task documents (Job Cards), and AML. Check and track tasks in PMI, (AS 400 software based Part Maintenance Inventory) software to confirm tasks completed and in agreement with work order and its contents. Also check for signatures, as required, per task: RII, A&P, QA Inspector and check for dates, buy back, and other required documentation. Spot electronic errors in databases and Part Tracking Software (PMI), scan and transfer files from paper to electronic form, once audited and remedied for error. **Also File Parts Component Control Forms by ATA code, life limited and non life limited order. Referred to General Procedures and Maintenance Manuals for procedural instruction/information. Research all databases and tracking software, to follow history and location of parts and forms, back to birth, per life limited and non life limited parts, (landing gear and airframe), in original equipment logs, both by paper and electronic record searches. Certification and Special Inspection paperwork binder preparations and filing duties completed.
