On my current job, I do the following: answer multiline phone calls, send faxes via pingtone, interview independent contractors, hire and train them, schedule then, keep track of care recipient and care giver files: both paper and in access in the computer. I do all the scheduling, the payroll in quick books, I run the monthly reports for the corporate office useing excel and PDF formats. I order all office supplies from Staples as needed and clean the office. Every other week I have the "on call" phone if there is a problem with any of the cases. In my spare time, I help the marketing manager prepare for her upcoming events.
