Abstract:
Melt-processable polydiorganosiloxane polyurea segmented copolymer compositions are provided. The compositions comprise alternating soft polydiorganosiloxane units and hard diisocyanate residue units, the diisocyanate residue being the diisocyanate minus the âNCO groups, the units being connected together by urea linkages which also provide hard units. The compositions are prepared by continuously providing at least one diisocyanate and at least one polydiorganosiloxane diamine to a reactor, mixing the diisocyanate and the polydiorganosiloxane diamine in the reactor under substantially solvent-free conditions, allowing the diisocyanate and polydiorganosiloxane diamine to react to form a polydiorganosiloxane polyurea copolymer, and conveying the copolymer from the reactor.

Abstract:
The present invention provides polydiorganosiloxane oligourea segmented copolymers. The copolymers contain soft polydiorganosiloxane units, hard segments that are diisocyanate residues, the polydiorganosiloxane units and diisocyanate residues being connected by urea linkages, and terminal groups that are non-reactive, reactive under free radical or moisture cure conditions, or amines. The invention also provides methods of preparing the copolymers.

Abstract:
A dry erase sheet is disclosed including a flexible substrate having a dry erase top surface and an opposing bottom surface. An adhesive is disposed on at least a portion of the bottom surface. A polymeric release layer is disposed on at least a portion of the dry erase top surface. A dry erase pad including a plurality of dry erase sheets and method of making dry erase sheets are also disclosed.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a photo media has an imageable substrate having opposing first and second surfaces. An image receptive coating is disposed on the first surface of the inkjet printable sheet. A repositionable adhesive is disposed on the second surface of the substrate, but the adhesive does not cover the entire second surface. A liner is disposed on the second surface of the substrate. The photo media has a gloss value at 60 of greater than about 25%, an adhesion to polyester of less than about 200 gram/inch and a static angle test adhesion value of greater than about 600 seconds.
