An adjustable hanger assembly comprises a hanger, a hanger mount, and a bracket assembly. The hanger comprises a first set of serrations, a center slot, and a hanger tab. The hanger mount comprises a second set of serrations, and a mount aperture. The hanger mount aperture is positioned in coplanar alignment with the center slot axis. The hanger and the hanger mount are assembled together by meshing the serrations in the first and second sets of serrations in a pre-selected position to accommodate users' positioning requirements. A mounting fastener extends through the hanger and the hanger mount for clamping the abutting assembly together and mounting the same to a wall. The hanger assembly is laterally positionable within, and snap-fittable to, the bracket assembly. Together the hanger assembly and the bracket assembly enable the user to adjust the target wall-hanging in two-dimensional space.

Abstract:
A mounting assembly for an object is provided, including a first mounting element, a second mounting element, and a resilient spring located therebetween. An object can be secured to either one of the first mounting element and the second mounting elements. In addition or alternatively, a method of manufacturing the mounting assembly is also provided. The method includes the steps of molding a resilient spring directly to the first mounting element, attaching the second mounting element to the spring, and attaching an object to either of the first and second mounting elements. In addition or alternatively, another method of manufacturing is provided for manufacturing a plurality of mounting assemblies. In addition or alternatively, the first mounting element can include a base member and a leg member. In one example, the leg member can be movable relative to the base member.

Abstract:
A vertically adjustable wall hanger device comprising a hanger and a hanger mount. The hanger comprises a main hanger body, a first set of serrations positioned in side-to-side spaced relation to one another on a back side of the main hanger body, and a center slot on the main hanger body and a hanging hook provided on the main hanger body. The hanger mount comprises a main mount body having a second set of serrations on a body face positioned in side-to-side spaced relation and sized and shaped similar and confronting the first set of serrations. The second set of serrations is located on a back side of the main hanger mount body with the hanger mount body having a screw hole confronting the center slot on the main hanger body. A center hanger mount is held in the main mount body positioned in co-axial alignment with the center slot provided in the main hanger body. The hanger and the hanger mount are assembled together by meshing the serrations in the first and second sets of serrations in a pre-selected position to accommodate users' positioning requirements, and a mounting screw extends through the hanger body and the center hanger mount in clamped abutting assembly together to hold the hanger and the hanger mount in superimposed lapped engagement together in the pre-selected position.
An assembly and a method for maintaining two sheets in alignment are provided. The assembly includes a first sheet and a second sheet. The first sheet of material includes a first flap formed from a first cut and has a first surface and a second surface. The second sheet of material includes a second flap formed from a second cut which is formed so that the second flap includes a tab. The second sheet is configured to be superposed against the first surface of the first sheet. The second flap and the tab are configured to deflect and move between a default position and an engaged position. The second flap and the tab are configured to be substantially coplanar with the second sheet in the default position. The tab is configured to lie on the second surface of the first sheet in the engaged position such that the second flap intersects the first sheet.

Abstract:
A layered assembly is provided including a base layer and a top layer. A pouch area is located between the base layer and the top layer and is created by affixing the base layer to the top layer. An opening is provided within a perimeter of the base layer to provide access to the pouch area through the base layer. An item can be loaded into the pouch area. Once the layered assembly is affixed to a substrate, the opening of the base layer is sealed off from access. A peel-away portion is located within a perimeter of the top layer such that removal of a portion of the top layer along the peel-away portion provides access to the pouch area through the top layer. Removal of the peel-away portion reveals the item that is secured within the layered assembly.

A method of manufacturing a layered image assembly and a marketing method are provided including a passive consumer behavior tracking method without requiring an “opt-in” process. The layered image assembly includes a base layer and a top layer with an inner area formed between. An opening is provided within a perimeter of the base layer to provide access to the inner layer. The inner layer is provided with a media that may comprise coupons, offers, advertisements, collapsible springs, animated collapsible springs having an image, etc. The media may include one or more symbols for conveying information. The layered image assembly may be attached to an item, such as a substrate, envelope, package, magazine, etc. The customer information relating to the item may be associated, or merged, with the information from the one or more symbols from the media. This merging of information may be used to track customer purchases, customer information, and the like.
A vial cap is configured to releasably contain a portion of a material, for example a powdered medication, for dispensing into a container. Via operation of a depressable plunger, the material is released into the container for rehydrating and mixing with a liquid, and thereafter may be extracted, such as via a needle. In this manner, a rehydrated medication may be provided in a predetermined amount and at a desired time.
