I have been a banker and real estate lender for over 20 years. I have worn many hats over the years and nearly all of them were directly related to making home loans and working with clients. My current venture is the formation of a new mortgage bank with a group of very seasoned, highly qualified and ethical peers. I am the founding partner and Chairman of the Board. I prefer to consider myself one of seven founders. However, the creation and filing of a new company requires certain things like the Chairman of the Board.One unique aspect of our new company is we are employee owned and everyone is engaged in taking care of clients. That's right, each and every one of us has our own client base and we originate and manage mortgage transactions every day as part of our responsibilities. We consider this vital to the overall success of our company. The closer I am to the client, their questions and concerns, the more real our company operates.
