Worked various jobs throughout college. Identified and cataloged slides in Egyptology. Solicited alumni for donations as a student caller at the Penn Fund. Investigated Africa content in major US newspapers, television, blogs and e-zines for an Anthropology professor. Researched founders of non-US biotechnology firms for a Wharton professor. Spent a summer in rural South Africa coordinating the pilot testing of indigenous language literacy software. Spent the following two semesters working at the International Literacy Institute wading through data collected in South Africa and India.
